SuccessFactors - Performance & Goal, Compensation - London

SAP SuccessFactors Consultants - Performance & Goals and Compensation Rate: £400-500p/d

Location: London

Length: 6 months +

After a successful implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central our client in the UK are looking at moving through into their 2nd phase which involves the introduction of the talent modules; Performance & Goals and Compensation.

With this in mind we are looking for experienced and Certified SAP SuccessFactors implementation consultants to help drive Phase 2 on this Global Programme.

Desired Experience

* SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Compensation

* End to end SuccessFactors Project life cycle experience

* Previous experience as a SAP HCM Consultant/lead will be very beneficial

* Strong Business Analysis skills with excellent communication

* Experience with working and training super-users

* Excellent HR business process knowledge

* Ability to start this side of New Year

If you are Certified in either Performance & Goals or Compensation then this will hold a distinct advantage.
