Our client, a large organisation based in Leicestershire, is searching for a pragmatic client facing Project Manager who can manage a business critical Master Data project. In this challenging 12-18 month assignment you will work closely with stakeholders to centralise three key streams of Master Data. The ideal candidate will be client facing and work closely with stakeholders to understand how data enters their ERP, what data is required, who has access to data and how to manage the flow of data moving forward.This is a business wide project and the perfect candidate will have the following experience:

Excellent client facing skills alongside the ability to identify requirements, educate stakeholders & manage expectationsA natural aptitude for managing change and delivering outcomesA broad based understanding of data and ERP systems (although strong technical expertise is not required as these skills are in-house)Previous experience managing projects in a large organisation (ideally within construction, manufacturing or industry)Excellent knowledge of assessing and re-designing system processesPrince2 accreditedAll-round management skills as you will have responsibility for a multi-disciplinary team of 5Previous experience of JD Edwards or SAP is desirable but not essential.

This is a great assignment for an individual who enjoys senior stakeholder management, changing processes, building relationships and working within multi-disciplinary teams.
