Central London - Circa £64,000 per annum + excellent benefits

My client, a forward-thinking and dynamic organisation that is rapidly becoming a thought leader in its field, is looking to recruit a talented Customer Delivery Project Manager to manage multi-disciplinary and matrix working teams to deliver significant business change/new product development initiatives ensuring that the customer experience is championed throughout and those changes are delivered to time, quality and budget.

The post holder will be tasked with providing project delivery input and advice to business cases prepared by those in the organisation accountable for developing and introducing new products into the market and ensuring effective on-going business delivery, whilst also being responsible for identifying, mitigating or escalating project delivery risks and issues.

It is essential that the successful candidate possesses the following experience:

* Proven expertise in delivering large/complex projects through a customer - centred design approach. Typically projects managed will be valued in excess of £1M.

* Good facilitation and negotiation skills and be able to influence and include the full team in the process of driving our products forward.

* Ability to analyse complex data, draw conclusions, produce reports and make recommendations to senior management in relation to project delivery .

* Demonstrable people leadership capabilities and extensive project team management experience.

* Expertise in leading change deliverables and engagements within a fast paced environment using Agile methodology.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Relevant project management qualifications.

* Solid expertise in applying change management tools and disciplines to enable effective and sustainable project delivery.

* Strong risk management skills.

* Extensive planning and benefits realisation capability.

- Knowledge of standard critical delivery paths for the organisation (e.g. product development, marketing campaigns, procurement).
