£40,000 per annum + Benefits
This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a leading Managed Services Provider in the centre of Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support and consultancy of Business Change projects. You will provide analysis on the impact of change, develop business processes, gather project requirements and design Business Solutions to resolve any risks and issues. You will also be responsible for the Line Management of a team of Business Analysts.
The Successful Business Analyst will have strong experience in:
- Business Analysis of Business Change projects, defining the best ways to analyse projects and implementing this into the overall project plans
- Document the impact of Change on the company by analysing current Business Processes, identifying any risks or issues and developing Business Solutions to resolve risk
- Managing Stakeholders, organising workshops or meetings to gather requirements and obtain project approval
- Working on projects throughout their life-cycles, from conception and planning to delivery; supporting them after Solutions have been implemented
- Managing teams of Business Analysts providing direction, quality reviews and training, as well as mentoring junior members of the team
Beneficially Business Analyst will also have:
- Strong communication skills to help build relationships within the business
- Experience of using MS Office applications to help document and report analysis
- Relevant qualification such as ISEB or similar
