An opportunity has arisen with one of my clients based in the heart of Aberdeen. My client specialise in the supply of navigational products and associated services to the shipping industry on a worldwide basis. They operate worldwide and have 11 offices situated around the world so it is a fantastic opportunity to join a global client with excellent career progression.

As the Senior Agile Web Developer, your main responsibility is for the development, modification and maintenance of their web based products and solutions. It is a varied role that includes API integration, Front and Back-End Development, UX design, as well as the chance to work in an agile and collaborative environment.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, .Net experience

- Experience working with version control systems such as SVN, GIT

- Familiar with RESTful API

- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, VSO

- Experience in Node.js and ASP.NET5

- Experience Working within an Agile framework

- GIS mapping development experience (desirable but not essential)

For this position, my client are offering a salary in the region of £40-45k + benefits. My client are based in Aberdeen, so is a perfect commute for anyone in the Aberdeen area.
