Information Security Manager - London - £550 - £650 per day

A global business is looking for an Information Security Manager to develop a security practice on a contract basis, initially for 6 months based in London.

As the Information Security Manager you will practice in security frameworks and policies as well as being able to review infrastructure security in a detailed technical level.

Key duties will include:

* Assesses systems and understands necessary control structures

* Recognises problems and be able to identify security violations

*Implements security improvements

*Upgrades Systems

*Assists with IT infrastructure support duties and requirements

*Works with current IT infrastructure team to share knowledge and best practice

*Comfortable delivering small IT projects

Candidate wishing to apply will have experience in:

*CISCO

*IT security Policies and procedures

*Hands on technical ability around Networks and Firewalls

*Team Management

*Risk Register - be able to build and identify key risks to the business (FCA,SEC)

*CISSP or CISM

*Governance Frameworks including COBIT and ITIL.
