You will be working for a global IT Services company that is looking to bring on an Information Security Manager in London due to the rapid growth they have seen in recent times. The position will require you to be the PoC for all aspects of operational security, developing internal understanding whilst also liaising with external stakeholders to allow for the full and proper facilitation of client requirements for security.
The most important aspect of the role will be the management of the firm's client service management, coordinating with company's implementation and assurance teams, ensuring that the correct processes are adhered to whilst tweaking requirements for technologies suitable for future engagements and guaranteeing that beneficial training programmes are delivered to the relevant teams. Further to this there will be elements of internal governance across all projects and engagements as well as commercial management. Finally, a minor aspect of the role will require you to act as a go-between the operational and pre-sales teams.
Ideal Skills -
Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, ISO27002, PCI-DSS, HMG).
People management.
Stakeholder management.
Commercial management.
The ability of comprehend and understand complex technical information and appreciate its relevance in a security-focused context.
Experience in designing security solutions from the ground up and owning their delivery within complex projects, driving them through to BAU.
The ability to gain SC clearance.
Desired Qualifications -
CISSP
CISM
CSA
ISO27001 Lead Auditor
Working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Prince2)
Understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies.
