The Role:

IRW Systems part of Chess Group - The Sunday Times 3rd Best Companies to Work For - are seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join the team in Glasgow!

As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional standard of IT support into one of our major clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Primarily providing remote support, diagnose and investigate any issues;

- Document findings, implement effective solutions and ensure that customers are kept fully updated throughout the resolution process.

- Escalating issues where appropriate;

- Setting up user accounts;

- Implementing hardware and services;

- Maintaining and monitoring systems.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications

- Knowledge of PC hardware and experience of diagnosing problems.

- A passion for technology

- Energetic, motivated, and ambitious individual

- Ability to work at pace, prioritise and demonstrate flexibility in responding to a range of demands

- Able to perform under pressure and to handle deadlines

- Strong communicator with ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team and build strong relationships across all functions

- Highly organised and takes pride in their work

- Previous technical support experience in a client-facing role would be beneficial to your application, as would customer service experience.

As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be customer-focused, driven and passionate. Proactive and positive, and possess superb communication and problem solving skills.
