At Cambridge Assessment, information technology is an integral part of business success and we seek to make the best IT investments to enable great business outcomes. Our IT Project Management Office not only ensures a line of sight between IT initiatives and business strategic success, but is also adapting all the time to help manage projects and governance in the most effective way in our rapidly changing industry context.

To support our growth and the changing needs of our organisation, we are seeking to appoint an IT PMO Analyst with a focus on agile methodologies and experience of working within the context of digital change. The successful candidate will have experience of ‘standard’ project governance and quality assurance approaches such as stage-gates, probably as a PM or PMO, or possibly as a BA who has also run projects. The additional focus of this role is on assuring quality and governance on agile projects. Ideally, the candidate is able to adjust approach flexibly. They will also be prepared to roll up their sleeves and get involved with project managers and teams, particularly to support kicking off projects successfully with business and technical colleagues. At times they may participate on agile projects as agile analyst facilitating user stories as well as challenging sprint readiness through checkpoint-based governance.

If you have relevant skills and are passionate about delivering outcomes and benefits, removing obstacles and helping projects succeed in business terms, we’d love to hear from you.
