Opportunity for an IT Support Analyst for an 11 month contract in Edinburgh.

Market rates paid.

Experience needed;

*A proven record of first line customer support and a good awareness of emotional intelligence with respect to customer service.

*A proven track record of system administration using virtual Linux and Windows servers.

*Experience of system administration on call-handling systems.

*A good understanding of IT security and experience of administering SSL certificates and penetration testing.
