Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager / ITIL / Leeds / West Yorkshire.

Talented Service Manager required to join leading services organisation based in Leeds City Centre.

We are ideally looking for an already security cleared candidate. If you are not security cleared you must meet a set of criteria to allow quick clearence which can be discussed.

Your role will combine leadership of an ITIL service desk providing 2nd/3rd line support, including team management and ITIL process management along with project management for infrastructure deployments. This is not a service desk purely covering fault finding and fixing.

Your experience must include working on a service desk that provides outsourced services to 3rd party organisations, not purely internally facing.

Essential Skills Required:

- Proven experience leading and managing an ITIL service desk (5+ years)

- Proven technical background

- ITIL Certified

- Experience running IT projects

Any experienc of the following beneficial:

- Setting up/establishing a service desk

- Prince2 / PMI or similar certified

- Security cleared to IL2 level

This organisation are renowned for their technical capbility, and have recently had a number of high profile awards awarded. This will be a key role as they contninue to develop their infrastructure services division.
