Role Responsibilities:
* Supporting adherence to the Test policy and associated documentation for account and project deliverables.
* Leading testing deliveries for Project(s) with small to medium; scale, complexity, and visibility to customer, with minimal supervision.
* Day to Day allocation and utilisation of resources within the designated project.
* Assisting Project Test Manager with the relationships for client and project team.
* Enforcing project control approach and testing metrics as implemented by Project Test Manager.
* Coaching and mentoring of project team members.
* Creation, analysis, and communication of Project deliverables.
* Monitoring performance of project test team members.
* Secures appropriate approvals.
* Leading project status review meetings.
* Translation of requirements, contributing to the Test Plan and executing the plan to achieve Project testing objectives.
* Active participation in all testing and development initiatives on the account.
* Mentoring Test Analyst and Junior Testers within the Delivery.
* Controlling Projects in Test Tools and delivers management information as project requires
* Project Test Management during absences of the actual Project Test Manager (as required).
