Programme Test Manager

I am currently working with a leading UK retailer who are looking to recruit a Programme Test Manager. The main responsibilities of the role will be:

* Reviewing and validating test plans and estimates at a project/programme level to ensure the correct balance of cost efficiency and risk has been met

* Defining, owning, and maintaining the test strategy at a project/programme level

* Ensure the test partner is working to the defined test strategy

* Being a point of escalation for project/programme managers regarding any aspect of testing for assigned projects/programmes

* Management of assigned test partner resources to successfully deliver testing of solutions to time, cost and quality

* Management of significant interaction with internal customers, especially project/programme managersMaintain an up-to-date financial picture of all testing activities (baseline budget/forecast cost-to-complete) and achieve forecast accuracy targets for assigned projects/programmes.
