We work with the biggest Internet companies in the world to solve current problems and increasingly on future problems in areas such as global information systems (self-driving cars, automated drone delivery), global localisation (global ecommerce strategy, global campaign management) and dynamic resourcing (crowdsourcing).

Agile scrum masters and coaches: not only people who are comfortable with Scrum, Kanban, XP and Lean, but those who are ready to lead the way in advancing the next iteration of agile practices. We want to hear from people who can:

- Take the world’s largest Internet companies to the next level.

- Work with some of the brightest people in the world to disrupt everything.

- Design next-generation customer experiences.

- Help create the next "unicorn" start-ups.

- Help improve the way people live and work.

- Identify, assess and aid the team in solving complex business problems

- Coach and guide the team in Scrum best practice

- Protect the Sprint goal, and ensures that the team do everything within their power to achieve that goal

A team-player with the leadership qualities to organise, motivate, and drive efficiencies and self-organisation out of the team, you will also have:

- Proven experience within in a Scrum Master role within an Agile digital delivery environment

- A thorough understanding of iterative development, and also the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures

- Be able demonstrate an understanding of the value of metrics and reporting

- An understanding of digital technology and systems delivery.

- Ideally CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) qualified

- An understanding or experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS).

- Knowledge of emerging digital technologies/platforms would be highly beneficial.
