A rapidly growing energy company is looking for an Operations Business Analyst/Business Analyst/Analyst to join an exciting, new team in West London. The successful Operations Business Analyst will be a key part of building and improving processes in a very ambitious company.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

* Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis

* Proven analytical ability

* Understanding of data exception analysis and resolution

* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to work independently

Desirable Skills:

* Energy Industry experience with a UK energy supplier

* Experience of Gas or Electricity data flows or processes

* Fast learners with ambition and drive

* Self-starter keen to develop a long-term career

Day to Day role: An Operations Business Analyst/Business Analyst/Analyst is required to analyse and manage customer and industry data, working with internal teams to ensure data quality and meet industry requirements. The Operations Business Analyst/Business Analyst/Analyst will capture business requirements, make decisions and suggestions to improve business processes, work with inter-linked and complex systems and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to help manage business relationships.
