£40,000 - £70,000 (Negotiable) + Car/Car allowance + Training + Progression

Northampton: Commutable from Kettering, Corby, Daventry, Towcester, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Wellingborough

Are you a Project Manager from an electrical building services background looking for a varied, autonomous role where you will receive excellent training with an expanding company and have great career prospects to progress to Director level?

On offer is a role where you will be the go to technical Project Manager and have fantastic career prospects to director positions. You will be involved in conducting site surveys, calculations as well as creating & editing technical design documents. This is an electrically biased position focusing on lighting, fire, security systems and telephone communications.

The company are a survey & design consultancy assisting in commercial construction projects. This business are contracted to work on commercial projects such as schools and hospitals and due to continued an substantial growth have new contracts and continuing to expand their market share in 2016.

The role would suit a Project Manager from an electrical building services background looking for a varied, technical position where you will be able to progress to a company Director.

The Role:

* Producing specifications, schedules and drawings

* Conducting condition & dilapidation surveys

* Dealing with relevant stakeholders - clients, professional organisations, suppliers, contractors

The Person:

* Project Manager/Building Services Manager

* Electrical background
