Role Description

As a Business Analyst you will play an integral role to help bring new, innovative and cutting-edge technologies to the Store product suite. You will be a source of knowledge and direction within the team. You will identify and analyse risk and impact dependencies for escalation and challenge ways of working to ensure continual improvement and excellence across the process.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for documenting and detailing clear requirements, process flows, customer journeys & definitions across multiple product and development teams

* Responsible for running product sessions to collaborate, discuss and agree key requirements, customer journeys and compile competitor and market comparisons

* Involved in taking epic-level product goals and breaking them down into actionable requirements for execution by the development team

* Evaluate information gathered through analytics, reports, usability tests, workshops and focus groups, providing concise and useful feedback to Product Leads and Stakeholders

* Ability to leverage existing analytics software such as omniture or google analytics to make data driven decisions

* Work closely with Store Product Leads on roadmaps and development timelines and be able to work across multiple teams and manage dependencies and project plans

* Work with Product Leads across products to ensure alignment and raising awareness and documenting any misalignment

* Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish product vision and support the analysis of tradeoffs between usability, customer experience and technical needs.

* Work with business readiness and training teams to ensure the operational and Contact Centre functions are informed, have necessary materials and prepared for the implementation of new features and functionality

* Work with the wider business such as compliance and legal to ensure all features are designed accordingly

* Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior stakeholders

Essential

* Got to have experience with Jira and Confluence.

* Omniture - nice to have

* Skill set - project management - methodical - delivery product, sales, meeting targets, very organised

* Maintain the project - key stakeholders

* Helping to scope project

* Experience in responsive web/mobile

Experience in the following would be desirable:

* Experience as a Product or Business Analyst or in Ecommerce product/business or software development environment

* Experience working alongside marketing to build and run retail campaigns such as price and or voucher promotions

* Experience gained in a digital media, telecoms, broadcast or consumer software industry

* Experience working with analytics software, namely omniture and google analytics

* Retail experience
