Business Change Programme Manager - Financial Services Software House

Location - West Midlands / Birmingham Region

Salary - Circa £60K to 80K + benefits + bonus

A leading financial services software company is rapidly growing as a result of major investment, and to ensure this is done effectively, they are looking to build a team of talented strategic change managers / programme managers to help drive this growth and advance the business for the future. This role would grant the successful candidate the opportunity to lead meaningful strategic change in a business that is looking to double its capability, through heavily investing in improving its platforms and internal process to further improve their client offering. This FS Software House is looking for a candidate with excellent business & technology facing and stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to drive strategic change throughout a growing organisation and challenge the status quo.

Key requirements for the role are;

* Exceptional Change / Transformation Management / Programme Management skills

* Implementing appropriate governance and collaborating across departments to ensure specific business objective are met

* Demonstrable experience in managing programs budgets including interworking with interior and external stakeholders. Including managing programme and third party resources and including third party management

* Experience working within a Six Sigma / Lean and Agile / Scrum environment

* Experience in Financial Services / Insurance / Banking would be ideal but not essential, also desirable would be Business Change Consultancy background / Software Vendor.

This is a fantastic challenge for a program manager to take ownership of programmes to prove and develop their experience in a developing medium sized environment that is investing heavily in evolving their platforms and processes.
