MS Dynamics CRM Trainer - Leicester - £300-£400

I am currently seeking an MS Dynamics CRM Trainer as my client has recently implemented MS Dynamics CRM 2015 across the company and are now looking for an experienced trainer to come in and get the Users up to speed.

This role will be helping current and future users of the system to work on the MS Dynamics CRM tasks and Business Processes in hand. You will also learn how to best position the solutions, within the business and understand how to leverage the tools and assets available to them.

This will be on an initial 4 month engagement.

Day to Day:

- You will be Delivering training in a classroom, virtual classroom and 1:1 training Environment

- You will be assiting with development of other training materials as directed such as end user guides, quick reference cards

- You will be Facilitating large training sessions as well as business workshops where required

. Regular reporting and percentage complete of deliverables

Skills:

- Strong communication skills

- Liasing with all members (junior level to board level)

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Well presented

- Have worked ideally on MS Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013 & 2015 but Dynamics CRM 2013 & 2015 is key
