Our Group Sourcing Function consists of 11 teams of business focused specialists, who manage, support and advise Lloyds Banking Group on all sourcing activity. We work collaboratively with business units across the Group providing transformational solutions to suit their needs, in line with cost management principles. This covers all external spend, from small purchases to major investment programmes, as well as enabling systems and processes.

The IT Sourcing team is responsible for the end to end management of all third party IT expenditure across the Group. We partner with Group IT to drive value from IT suppliers, and lead on the supplier relationship management activity for IT suppliers.

Our key areas of focus are infrastructure, applications, technical resources, IT investment and IT offshore. We also support the Digital division, and provide IT knowledge and skills in this area.

We currently have an opportunity for an experience Sourcing Manager in IT Off Shoring. In this role, you will focus on the sourcing of services with our strategic ITO Partners. This is a great opportunity to assist in the shaping and influence the direction of our strategic suppliers and move to more business outcome models.

You will be an experienced Sourcing professional who can drive forward a changing business model in this high profile area. You will be an expert in influencing and engaging Senior IT stakeholders and have experience in preferably IT Off shoring, IT Services and/or application development.
