Systems Engineer ( Algorithm Development / Navigation )

Are you a Mathematics or Physics graduate / junior? Are you interested to work on navigation technology within aerospace and defence sectors? If so, this may be for you. My client is a globally known aerospace and defence company, seeking a fresh graduate or junior ( 1+ years' experience ) to join the team as a Systems Engineer and to be based in Scotland, UK. Primary responsibility of the Systems Engineer will be to develop navigation systems, using their foundations in mathematics and algorithm development.

The eligible Systems Engineer ( Algorithm Development / Navigation ) will be educated in a numerate discipline such as mathematics or physics and have solid experience or foundations in;

*Model Based Design and techniques

*Navigation System Design

*Algorithm Development

*Simulink

*Matlab

*C, C++

Please note that due to the nature of this work, you will need to be eligible for UK security clearance to be considered.

The successful Systems Engineer ( Algorithm Development / Navigation ) will likely have further knowledge surrounding navigation related technology and trends, sensor technologies, GNSS etc.
