Our client requires a Billing and Inventory Team Analyst based in Erskine.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Providing responsibility for the control, logging and maintenance of all Inventory and Billing Documentation
* Liaise with suppliers to mitigate against any issues with regards to inventory feeds
* Create inventory by way of processing feeds issued by suppliers in the purchasing tool (SAP)
* Liaise with the purchasing team to ensure accurate financial records are maintained between purchasing and inventory creation.
* Maintain accurate inventory records by updating the purchasing tool to reflect the current status of equipment records
* Conduct physical and paper audits on suppliers, comparing data held by the purchasing tool against supplier records
* Document the movement of inventory between different revenue strands and where appropriate submit for cost centre transfer
* Production of accurate billing packs
* Resolve Inventory queries with resolver team
* Provide support to PSO / Finance analysts by providing information around purchase in a timely manor
* Attending meetings and teleconferences to represent the Team and provide resolutions to any actions arising
* Liaising with the Logistics team, Purchasing team and regional IM's to ensure solution or escalation to any risks and issues regarding documentation
* Creation, update and release of any weekly Trackers and reports
Essential Skills:
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Project & Outlook
* Good Communication Skills
* Customer Interfacing Skills
* People Management Skills
