NAV Support, Gold Partner, Glasgow, £38K + Benefits + Training - Structured Career Progression!

Following on from continued company growth and success, a market leading Microsoft Gold Partner is actively looking for an ambitious Dynamics NAV Support Analyst. With extensive training and a structured career progression plan available, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

Successful candidates will have:

- At least 3 years' Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009/2013/2015/2016

- Experience in providing high quality 1st/2nd/3rd line support

- Microsoft SQL Server understanding

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office products

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to communicate to customers at a variety of levels

- Excellent telephone manner
