DSP TOOLS DEVELOPER - Java / C++ / C#

This tools development ( compiler, Linker, Debugger, IDE, etc) position is for an expereinced Java, C++ or C# developer with a background in developing tools for semiconductor devices. Ideally experience developing tools for devices such as DSP's or SOC's would be great.

The position is with a world leading company based in their Edinburgh design centre working within a team that developers tools for both internal development teams spread over multiple locations and customers at some of the worlds most famous OEM's.

Candidates will have at least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar plus proven coding skills in Java, C++ or C#. Moreover expereince of Unit testing ( JUnit), Object oriented programming (OO) and Agile SCRUM development methodology is sought in candidates.

Additional skills in any of the following areas would be viewed as an advantage:

- Eclipse ( RCP)

- GEF

- OGSI & PDE

- Python, Ruby, JavaScript

- SVN or similar version control tools
