Our client is looking for an experienced PMO Manager to join their team based in Erskine for an initial 6 month contract

The ideal candidate will be SC Cleared

Required skills:

* More than 5 years of experience in program/project management and leading teams - Expert Level and PMP Certified

* Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills

* Sound judgment in identifying value-adds through initiatives and relating this to customer needs

* Management by influence and remote management skills (Ability to involve the relevant people, set the relevant goals, coordinate, motivate and influence a broad array of people from different organizations to achieve results)

* Able to take new ideas through from concept to application with a sound understanding of the processes in between

* Good at analysing complex issues and taking decisive action

* Outstanding communication (both oral and written), negotiation skills across all levels of management (customer and in-house), with the ability to bring strong working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, but also able to manage conflict effectively

* Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments

* Ability to cope with peak workloads, short deadlines, and significant pressure

* Experience of project analysis and structuring

* Fluent in English (oral and written)
