Transition Analyst - ITIL - Project - Service-Desk - Process Design - Infrastructure - Change - Design - Delivery - Analyst - Transition - Problem Management - SIAM - urgently needed to Join Experis as a permanent employee supporting a market leading blue-chip Technology Company on site in Derby.

Role Purpose:

Work within the newly created Transition Management Office reporting to the TMO Manager based mainly at their Derby site. There is a possibility for some travel to other sites as the role develops. Key responsibilities will be to work with multiple project managers and advise and assist them in the design and implementation phase of their projects through the Service Introduction process with a strong emphasis on Service Support Model development.

Role Requirements:

* Advise and assist the Projects

* Attend and support checkpoint meetings

* Work with project managers to provide and complete example/template documentation

* Promote the Service Management perspective

* Assist with Service Support/ELS models

* Assist with SIA documents

* Provide IT Service Management recommendations

* Promote the TMO function

* Build the TMO knowledge of the challenges currently experienced in adhering with the SI process

* Highlight mandatory artefacts sign off processes/accountable people to project managers

* Provide advice and guidance on management of risks within the projects

* Feed into Programme RAID log

* Develop and expand the role as the TMO progresses through the Determine, Deliver, Run concepts

Required Skills:

* ITIL v3 Practitioner / Foundation

Desired Skills:

* Prince2 Practitioner /Foundation

* Degree in relevant field

* Previous history working within a project environment
