As an Agile Practitioner leading them, you'll have a role that matters - shaping the Bank as it continues to evolve into a Digital and technological trailblazer.

An experienced Scrum Master - with a passion for getting the best from your engineers and a devotion to truly transforming an organisation - you'll be entrusted to drive delivery whilst stewarding the technical and design teams through the product/software development lifecycles.

You'll bring the conviction, tenacity, humility, pragmatism and wit …And we'll bring the largest digital bank in Britain, going through the greatest revolution in its history.
