IT Project Manager - Birmingham - 12 month fixed term contract

IT Project Manager - We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager with experience of managing development projects for a market leading organisation in Birmingham.

This role will see you report to the Programme Manager as a member of the development team responsible for supporting and performing Project Management.

Role responsibilities:

*Analysing business processes

*Concurrently managing multiple projects of various sizes

*Gathering requirements and defining the scope of a project

*Project Planning / Tracking

*Supporting users during UAT

*Managing the change from development to production

Preparation of:

*Business requirements documents on behalf of business users / external customers

*Implementation plans

*Handover plans

*Project plans & schedules

To be suitable for this role you will need to have at least three years commercial experience project managing the full software life cycle. It would be advantageous if you have experience with technical projects that involve, Oracle, Unix and/or J2EE.

The salary on offer for this role is competitive in line with market rates depending on the level and skill of the candidate and also incudes a benefits package.
