A start-up company, based in Central London, who are developing new improved methods of MRI Imaging are seeking a Project Manager for their Software Team to work on a Permanent basis.

As a Project Manager, your role will involve managing Software and System Development and leading and mentoring within the team.

You will have responsibility for delivery of development projects from initial requirements, through design, implementation, test and delivery on time, on budget and meeting the required quality standards.

You'll work with Engineers, Researchers, procurement, clinicians, and sales & marketing.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to work in a key position within a start-up within Medical-Devices in Central London.

Familiarity with working in a small business or start-up environment within Medical-Devices or Medical-Imaging will be ideal!

As a Project Manager you will have some experience across the following areas:

Relevant Degree in a Technical Subject

Experience successfully managing software development projects through the full life-cycle (C++, C# environment)

Familiarity and experience working to IEC62304 and IEC62366 and ISO13485

Task estimation and project planning experience.

Previous history of successfully executing demanding projects, ideally within a small business

Very high standard of communication skills

Project management trained e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent qualification)

Experience within Medical device development

Any experience within Medical Imaging or working with DICOM or PACS would also be hugely ideal
