Senior Support Analyst - Windows, Linux

£35,000 - £45,000 DOE Plus 25 Days’ Holiday, Pension & Healthcare Scheme (after 3 months)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Analyst to join our client, a leading provider of mobile messaging services.

As the Senior Support Analyst, you’ll be tasked with providing an excellent level of service to customers using our client’s products.

Effectively managing incidents, you’ll respond to a wide range of queries, investigate the root cause of issues and implement solutions in a timely manner. To ensure customer satisfaction is achieved, you’ll liaise with the 3rd Line Support Team when necessary.

Escalating any major problems to the Support Manager, you’ll document support activities on the company system.

You’ll provide customers with training to enable them to fully utilise products. Additionally, you’ll perform a range of administrative activities for the provision and support of customer environments.

As part of your role, you will be required to take part in an out of hours rota.

To be considered, you must have:

- At least three years’ helpdesk support experience

- At a minimum, three years’ incident management experience

- A track record of using SQL databases, Windows and Linux

As the Senior Support Analyst, you must be a quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills. Adaptable and methodical, you must also be able to adapt your communication style to suit your audience.

Experience gained within the financial services or telecoms industry would be beneficial to your application, as would some business analysis and project management experience.
