Bringing clarity to the change agenda and on how to achieve goals, you’ll facilitate leadership teams through thinking and decision making, driving critical decisions to conclusion at pace.
With experience of mobilising and driving business and IT programmes or key workstreams, you’ll provide leadership and support to in-house teams, manage complex partnering arrangements and recover rogue programmes. Skilled at mobilising and transitioning high-performing PMOs for critical change programmes, you’ll ensure the business is ready for change and is well-positioned to deliver planned benefits.
Due to client demand, we are seeking highly experienced Programme Directors who can bring leadership and substantial experience in a broad range of areas including Financial Services, Big Data, Agile methodology, and who have a thorough understanding of digital technology and emerging digital platforms.

We welcome people who:
Have worked at senior levels in either FTSE 100, blue-chip companies or within a recognised UK top tier consultancy
Have a proven track record of leading critical and complex business and IT change at scale
Have directly led at least two £multi-million programmes for more than 12 months’ duration
Have had exposure to a variety of industries predominately in the private sector
Are highly articulate, able to simplify complexity, demonstrate an ability to lead from the front and build great relationships across the board
Are passionate, enthusiastic and completely focused on our client’s success, with commitment and resolve
Are able to make an outstanding first and lasting impression, with gravitas and confidence
Are flexible to work across the UK
