Senior Process Engineer - Scotland

Our client is a recognised and highly respected semiconductor manufacturer based in Scotland, with a reputation for quality products and superior customer service, now searching for a Senior Process Engineer

The successful applicant must have an extensive understanding and experience of fab processes, ideally with some ASML knowledge. You will be required to modify existing processes, procedures or methods to provide practical solutions and continuous improvement. Extensive hands-on experience as a Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer, preferably from working in a similar role is essential. You will be responsible for:

*Process development and production support to the fab

*Carrying out project work

*Helping towards improving yield.

*Investigating and resolving process issues.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, or equivalent. Technical knowledge is paramount for these roles, but it is crucial that you have the right drive, attitude and motivation. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams, possess a sense of urgency working to tight deadlines and be and effective problem solver and organiser.
