C++ Software Contract - Edinburgh

IC Resources has a requirement for a C++ Software contractor for a position based in Edinburgh requiring experience in:

- C++ and OOD

- UML and DOORS

- Knowledge of Rhapsody, Real time embedded and Vxworks would be a bonus but not essential

IC Resources has a longstanding client that is urgently looking for a C++ Software contactor for a role based in Edinburgh, looking for a start as soon as possible. It requires on site work and the responsibilities will include: Requirements capture and analysis of software requirements; Design and test documentation,

Integration and commissioning of the software/hardware and systems; Formal software verification and validation activities. As a result, they require experience in: Programming in an object-oriented programming language such as C++; OOD (Object Oriented Design) and UML (Unified Modelling Language); Developing software for a real-time embedded environment; Hardware/software integration; Experience of the following (or similar) tools is desirable; DOORS, Rhapsody, Dimensions, VxWorks; Key responsibility areas
