I am currently working on behalf of global contractor/consultancy who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to joining their commercial team to help drive efficiency and delivery of their high value framework projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting into a Commercial Manager, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be required to work on a variety of projects ranging from 1000k - 10m and at varies stages of the contracts. Ideally the successful Quantity Surveyor will have high value project experience and able to communicate effectively with contractors, consultancies, end clients and site delivery teams.

Key Skills & Experience

* 5+ quantity surveying experience ideally with water of wider utilities experience

* Relevant degree , HNC or HND

* NEC forms of contract experience

* Strong communication skills

* Pro-active approach

Remuneration:

* £275 - £400 per day (dependent on experience)

* Freelance

* 6 months+
