Role profile

Reporting to the client's UK Capture Manager, you will be tasked with supporting the Business Development team on opportunities when TUPE plays a role. This role is to lead on all aspects of a TUPE transfer relating to the UK business and will work closely with HR and Legal to mitigate risk throughout the process. This role will be critical in the support of pricing, project planning and ultimately the likely success of new business opportunities.

You will lead on the transfer of all staff who are in scope for transfer to the client. Some individuals may be offered alternative roles within the current organisation however the post holder will be expected to assist in redeployment where necessary. You will support the team in the likely staffing solutions for our new business.

Our client is pursuing a number of current opportunities where there are significant numbers of staff potentially able to move to new organisations under TUPE.

Primary Responsibilities

* Support business development on a number of pursuits where TUPE applies in 2016

* To provide leadership to management and business development about all aspect of the TUPE process

* Educate / refresh knowledge of UK team on TUPE process

* To document process and develop an outline plan of the TUPE process with milestones and timescales that can be a template for the future

Key Knowledge and Experience

* Educated to a degree level.

* Highly experienced in managing TUPE transfers for over 100 staff (UK Public to Private / 2nd Generation outsource experience)

* Understanding on TUPE transfer process and ability to develop processes and plans around this

* Experience in working in HR manager role

* Credible speaker who can articulate risks and mitigations
