Infrastructure Delivery Manager - London - £70K - £75K

I have a fantastic new role for an Infrastructure Delivery Manager to join a large Education firm based in London. You will be responsible for co-ordinating big complex projects within the organisation e.g. adding a new data centre and pushing to cloud services and desktop management. As an Infrastructure Delivery Manager you will be managing the overall IT department and collaboratively working together with a large number of different technical teams and project managers.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who has extensive technical & managerial knowledge in order to provide the best technical support to the users. The organisation is large and consists of 20,000+ users.

Skills Required:

* Extensive IT management experience

* Solid technical background across a range of technologies to include: Windows/ Linux/ Database/ Voice/ Networking

* Ticket Management - SLA's and OLA's

* Solid service delivery experience

* Experience in budget and resource management

Desired:

* Knowledge of database centre projects

* ITIL certification

The successful person would have experience working in large environments as well as working on multiple complex projects that are business critical.

This would suit someone who is looking to develop, progress and able to manage a large technical team.

The role may require someone to be hands on if required.
