Job Title: Change Management Development Support
Rate: £450 - £550
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Manchester
You will form part of the team responsible for designing and developing the Change Management function.
Reporting to the Change Management Lead for our client, a key aspect of your role will be to support the design and development of the change framework and supporting materials e.g. a model for Continuous Improvement, the resource required, tooling and process.
Scope & Key Responsibilities
* Support definition and development of change delivery framework
* Produce templates and supporting tools for all change types
* Support Change Org and overall Operating Model design
* Support the design of 'Change' training for change initiative sponsors
* Support efforts to roll-out Change model and embed
* Work closely with IT counterparts
Experience Required
* Business Analysis and Design role experience in Change Management
* Experience working in Banking environment
* Deep knowledge of change practices including Agile, Continuous Improvement, Change Lifecycles
* Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal at manager level - essential
* Competent use of standard project tools and applications - especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
* Experience working with PRINCE2
* PRINCE2 certified
