Role - Senior delivery Consultant

Salary £53,000 -£60,000 depending on experience

Performance related bonus up to 20% + Option Scheme + Medical + Pension & More

Location - South West London (with UK Travel)

Our client is looking for senior delivery focused Consultant's with around 5 to 6 years' experience on delivering data analytics or business transformation projects. Candidates should have a background in financial performance management or strategic analytics and a relevant industry qualification, e.g. CIMA, or significant experience in data analytics projects and relevant software products.

Role

As a Senior Consultant in our business, you will own a small number of projects through the full delivery lifecycle. (c.2-3 colleagues, and several client staff), taking day-to-day ownership for successful delivery.

You will be given support and stretch roles to help you develop further your existing business advisory and FP&A data analytics skills to help our clients identify, assess and control the key drivers of value behind their business performance. Our projects develop new data-driven insights for our clients, presenting those insights in compelling ways that utilise state-of-the-art thinking in visual perception.

Our proven data analysis & visualisation platform, Empower, is the software foundation for our projects. You and your teams will create robust solutions for our client senior management to use on a daily basis to inform their business decisions. You will have overall responsibility for project delivery.

You will assist in business development opportunities and identify client functional priorities for potential inclusion in our software roadmap.

You need to learn about the identification of the true value drivers behind a business. You will also have the chance to develop deep skills in data visualisation, understanding how people perceive and assess information.

You will typically engage with our clients at CxO and Finance Controller level. You will therefore have the opportunity to enhance your skills and credibility at operating with the top tiers of client management teams.

Candidate Profile

You will need a 1st or 2:1 Honours degree in any discipline. A post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.

You will have demonstrated, consistently, excellent project delivery and the ability to work through complex and challenging situations. You need the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and the experience of leading complex analytics or business transformation projects to successful outcomes.

Required skills/ experience:

* Data analytics or business transformation project management

* Prince2, or equivalent, methodology

* Financial analysis

* Experience of working with data from financial and operational systems

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Desirable skills/ experience:

* Financial qualifications e.g. CIMA

* Hands-on experience of data analytics packaged products e.g. Tableau, QlikView

* Data modelling
