You are a forward thinking Portfolio Manager who is looking to join a highly driven consultancy to deliver best in class for a specific client. You are driven and very credible in the Networking and/or Telecoms sector with a technical background in either discipline.

The Role:

- Managing up to 4+ project managers who will have responsibility for a multi functional team of resources of up to 50 people

- Managing up to 12 projects at any one time

- Be able to schedule work and prioritise milestones effectively

- Being accountable for delivering high complexity and high risk projects.

- Delivering projects in complex environments using broad experience of multiple methods and approaches.

- Be able to plan, deliver and financially manage a portfolio of IT projects

- Have a background in either Telecoms or Networks ideally

- Manage a range of key stakeholders

- Provide leadership, direction and professional development of IT project resources ensuring skills and knowledge are aligned to the requirements

- Have a thorough knowledge of project management methodologies and standards (Ideally Prince2)

- Have experience of managing large teams

- Be able to manage complex projects in a changing environment

- Be flexible to change

- You will have ideally worked in: Airport / Airline industry

- The successful candidate will currently hold or be able to attain unrestricted SC security clearance.
