There are two Software Test positions are available at a leading semiconductor company responsible for the latest developments in consumer audio electronics. Software Test Developer with experience testing embedded software. As a Software Test Developer you will need to have worked with testing embedded products as well as test automation and test scripting. As a Software Test Developer you would have an opportunity to progress within the company’s world renowned test team, on products that reach a global customer base. Software Test EngineerAs a Software Test Engineer you will work within the Test team with a focus on Bluetooth technologies. The test system is based in Linux and therefore experience working in a Linux environment is essential. Looking for an enthusiastic Embedded Software Test Engineer to join the firmware test team and take part in all aspects of testing. You will be involved with the planning, scripting and running as well as analysis, giving you broad exposure to the company’s products.
You will be testing embedded firmware in an agile/scrum environment utilising your background in scripting. As well as a degree in a relevant subject, you will need to demonstrate previous experience with at least one scripting language e.g. Python.
Previous experience testing firmware would be highly beneficial for this role. In return:
