IT TRAINER/SUPPORT ANALYST - MICROSOFT SHAREPOINT - LONDON - £4

My client - an internationally leader in the legal sector - is looking immediately to expand their existing team with a IT Trainer/Support Analyst who will be responsible delivering efficient and high-quality support to all users in the client's London Office. This presents a rare and excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their current training and functional support skillset whilst working for an extremely high-profile client. The role on offer is on a permanent basis.

As an IT Trainer/Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the client's existing team through a combination of e-learning, floorwalking, and face-to-face support to enable the optimum use of the team's time and resources, and minimise the impact on the client's daily activities resulting from inadequate support. Where necessary, the successful candidate will be required to liaise with the client's international offices and be present for on-site support.

Role and Responsibilities:

-Provide professional training services to the client's London and international offices through eLearning, online tools, floorwalking, and desk-to-desk suppport

-Increase the functional knowledge of the client's user-base

-Develop eLearning courses and other online tools to assist in the training of users and staff

-Own, escalate, and troubleshoot service tickets as per the business requirements

Requirements:

-Extensive experience in a previous IT Trainer/Functional Support Analyst role (4 years minimum)

-Extensive previous experience in delivering IT functional support

-eLearning and online tool development experience

-A strong working knowledge of document management and production in the legal sector

The role on offer promises a competitive base salary of up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and an extensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental care, and a pension scheme.
