VoIP/TDM Engineer / Network Engineer / Switch Engineer - Telephony, Voice, TDM, Cisco, TCP/IP, SIP, Switches, Routers, Support - Wakefield/Hull - £35,000 - £45,000 p/a (Initially a 3 Month Fixed Term)

A VoIP/TDM Engineer / Network Engineer / Switch Engineer - Telephony, Voice, Cisco, TCP/IP, SIP, Switches, Routers, Support is needed to join Experis initially on a 3 month fixed term contract with a chance to go permanent, on-site with our leading UK blue-chip telecommunications client.

Key Purpose

Supplying services in support of the customers legacy TDM Voice telephony Network and Next generation technologies. Reporting to the Voice Services Manager, the purpose of the role is specifically to:

* Maintain a single standard of Operational Engineering Specification, to permit an efficient and high quality standard of service from all supported voice platforms on the customer Network. This is achieved by providing engineering to the client and customers

* Provide 2nd/3rd line BackOffice support for fault progression and project implementation

* Preventative maintenance & operational analysis to ensure good switch performance in-line with agreed contractual requirements
