Assessor - Civil Engineering

£20-£25 per hour

6 Months (temp to perm)

Are you an experienced engineering assessor looking for your next challenge?

Are you looking for your next contract with a vibrant, exciting college in the heart of Hertfordshire?

This outstanding College is the largest in its area with over 10,000 students and 1,500 courses.

Due to a bustling engineering department this college are now looking to add support to their team through this busy time.

The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable, have a strong engineering background and evidence of assessing in a similar setting.

You will also possess enthusiasm, a self-sufficient attitude, coupled with the motivation to teach and to get involved in curriculum development.

The role:

·Assessing, verifying and recording students' performance on relevant courses

·Monitor, review and track progress on an ongoing basis

·Providing practical demonstrations and instruction as well as support and guidance

The person

·Significant experience in the civil industry

·A1 Assessor awards

·HND Level Qualification in Civil Engineering
