Project Manager, CRM implementation, Abingdon, 3 - 6 Months, £400 per day:

We're looking for a contract Project Implementation Manager to drive the implementation of professional services automation project which will manage my client's business processes from engaging with a client through to tracking delivery and financial reporting.

Working across the business teams, the Project Manager will ensure that their requirements are progressed and delivered by the selected vendor to an accepted standard.

Responsibilities

* Managing the day to day interactions with the technology vendor

* Keeping stakeholders appraised of progress, risks and issues

* Delivering the user requirements in the new system

* Leading discussions between business teams on any changes

* Building user stories to document new or changed requirements

* Carrying out changes to user configurable areas of the system including reporting

* Developing a test plan to ensure the system meets their requirements

* Migrating data from existing line of business systems

* Developing training materials or process documentation

Experience

* Managing projects delivered by external technology vendors

* User requirements analysis

* Developing UAT plans which lead to successful agreeing

Desirable

* Agile project delivery

* Experience of the SalesForce Force.com platform

* Experience with Financial Force solutions including PSA

* Data migration from existing line of business systems
