Our client is looking for an experienced European Project Manager to join a cross-organisational delivery team.

The successful candidate will manage and integrate the project delivery whilst influencing and engaging with stakeholders at various levels, defining and communicating effectively the goals of the project, and resolving any technical and strategic issues as they occur.

* The successful candidate will have responsibility to ensure a number of projects are delivered to time and on budget.

* There will be a a number of on-going projects running at the same time, of which you may be supporting one large project or a number of small projects.

* Part of the role will also be to coach junior members of the team

* The role encompasses all the required activities of an EU project manager:

* Resourcing, Delivery management, reporting, Quality management, Stakeholder communications, Risks & issues, Project Finances

Key Skills / Experience

* Excellent experience in EU project management:

* Horizon 2020, INTEREG, FP7

* Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office

* Excellent and demonstrable experience of growing key relationships (client and stakeholder)

* Experience of coaching / mentoring

* A willingness to travel within Europe.

* PRINCE2 or PMP

* Insight definition work, economic analysis activities and/or digital production operations, particularly in government or incubator-type environments

* Experience in urban systems within a project management environment.
