SENIOR TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER / PKI / IDENTITY MANAGEMENT / NATO / SC CLEARED / CIS PROJECT

RATE: EUR575 P/D

LOCATION:BRUSSELS

CLEARANCE:SC CLEARED (NATO SECRET)

DURATION:100 DAYS (initially)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*A university degree in Computer Science, or related discipline, equivalent to a Master's degree

*Experience as a project manager in CIS projects (3 years);

*Experience as a project team leader (3 years);

*Experience in applying multi-discipline engineering and management techniques in the acquisition of complex communication and information systems;

*Experience in managing, planning, design, system engineering and implementation of military or other communication and information systems;

*Knowledge and experience in state-of-the-art technologies, relevant to the work

*Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with good briefing skills;

*A formal qualification in project management and management techniques (Prince2, Scrum);

*NATO SECRET clearance valid through the contract period;

*English 4343 (see STANAG 6001);

*Able to operate under time pressure and autonomously;

*Ability to independently produce project documentation in English, including price proposals and Statement of Works

*Ability to interact with Customers

*Knowledge and experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Directory, Identity and Access Management, and Military Messaging concepts

*Experience of working in an (international) environment, comprising both military and civilian staff

*Able to learn new procedures and terminology quickly;

THE ROLE:

*Lead/deliver projects or individual Work Packages, according to schedule, budget and quality requirements; from start-up to closure

*Produce high quality deliverables including price proposals and Statement of Works

*Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including Contractors and NATO organizations

*Follow-up project execution: documentation review, testing, delivery etc…

*Act as team member or large projects

*Be ready to act independently either as Test, Migration, Requirements, or Implementation Manager

*Support project manager and other project team members as required

*Regular travel to other NATO locations

*Adhere to NCI Agency guidance and directives, and more generally NATO Standards
