Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Engagement Manager

One of our key Global clients are in the market for a Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Engagement Manager to join the Analytics & Information Management (AIM) Practice, in Glasgow;.

You will be focused on analytics and data management looking to drive digital transformation conversations with clients leading to successful implementations and brand value. The role involves the development and management of the existing client accounts within AIM BFS UK and Ireland.

The position will pay up to anywhere up to £130,000 along with car allowance, bonus and package.

Responsibilities;

My client is looking to bring in a thought leader who demonstrates strong analytics and data management industry experience. You will be working with key stakeholders providing onsite delivery management and co-ordination with offshore. You will be expected to liaise with AIM specialist arms and center of excellence. You will be expected to manage and motivate team members including career development, mentoring and performance management.

Essential Skills;

- Track record in managing large and complex data management and analytics programmes.

- Strong stakeholder management experience including a hard fought and fiercely protected key executive contact network.

- Exceptional business development and relationship management skills

- Banking and Financial services industry experience

- Data management experience and appreciation covering but not limited to - BI, DW, Data Governance, Database Management, Data Archiving and retention, Data Quality, MDM, Data Migration, Data Lake, Semantic Modelling

Qualifications;

Graduate/Masters Degree in Computer Science or similar relevant work experience
