Mitel MiVoice Telecoms Engineer

Essential experience: Mitel MiVoice Office 250 (formerly Mitel 5000)

Location: Surrey / London / Kent

Duties: Installation / Maintenance / Commissioning / Support

Salary: up to £35,000 P/A (negotiable depending on experience) + Vehicle / Allowance

Our client is a well-established Telecommunications company. Due to continued business success, they now have a requirement for a Technical Support / Field Engineer to join the Team. The successful candidate will be experienced on the Mitel MiVoice Office or previous versions such as Mitel 5000 or Inter-Tel. The more experience and formal training / accreditations on the Mitel range the better. For the right candidate this position has the scope to develop into a Senior Engineer / Engineering Manager position.

The role will entail office based technical support, and installation, maintenance, project engineering and remote diagnostics, mainly on the Mitel MiVoice Office 250 (Mitel 5000) range and other similar Telecoms IP / VOIP applications / peripherals.

The ideal living location for this position is Surrey and surrounding area. You must be prepared to travel UK wide, though most of the work is within the Home Counties. It is also essential that you have strong communication skills that you are well presented, possess a flexible positive attitude and have good proactive problem solving skills.
