SC/DV Cleared SharePoint Specialist

My Government Client are looking for a security cleared SharePoint Specialist to join their Application Support Team.

The ideal Candidate would already have SC Clearance or would be eligible to undergo this.

Essential Experience:

*Experience of the full install and deployment of SharePoint 2010/2013 and SharePoint (MOSS) 2007

*Manages system security, system patching and upgrades

*Deploys custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages

*Configures SharePoint services and settings

*Documents SharePoint configuration and architecture

*Understanding of PKI and certificates services in relation to SharePoint

*Manages site quotas and file size limits

*Reviews and monitoring usage reports

*Manages content databases and creating new ones as required

*Administers and maintains sites and sub-sites

*Manages security for sites and sub-sites

*Manages the site layout structure and content

*Provides SharePoint support to end users

*To conduct stakeholder analysis and define the key stakeholders who will be enabled by the solution

*To develop the terms of reference for change champion, change agents and user groups

*To develop a communications and engagement materials to sell the benefits of the SharePoint solution and part of the clients knowledge management and collaboration strategy

*To support the business in the preparation for receipt of the SharePoint solution in terms of data cleanse and migration requirements

*To capture design requirements and ensure the alignment of the Solution with stakeholder requirements

*To lead and support the training out of the solution by managing the training requirements and the delivery of the training plan working with our training partners

*To support the adoption of the solution by presenting and demonstrating the SharePoint solution

*To run change readiness assessments and ensure that the business is ready willing and able to use the solution

*To develop the support model and ensure that the support for the change service is in place and is effective

Skills Required:

*SharePoint Consultant (Sharepoint, O365, Pre-sales)

*SharePoint 2013/SharePoint Online

*One Drive for Business

*SQL Server

*Strong experience in delivering workshops and presentations

*End to end technical project ownership and delivery experience

*Proven consultancy experience is a must for this position with a strong commitment to customer service

*Someone who is comfortable talking to Customers and understands SharePoint at a multi-tier layer (Front End/Back End)

*Someone who can liaise with Microsoft on a peer by peer basis and is not afraid to challenge them.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
