Position Summary:

Baxon Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Consultant in London to lead the implementation of our finance product for Private Equity. If you have experience with financial software, a strong project management background and have a logical and friendly approach to problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.

This position will manage and oversee the client software implementation process. It requires experience in project management and the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects on schedule and at a high level of quality. Language fluency to business level in French or German would be an advantage but is not essential.

In 2014, Baxon formed a strategic partnership with Preqin.This partnership combines the alternative assets expertise of both firms to address the rapidly increasing market demand for transparent, accurate, and actionable fund and investment data from both limited and general partners.

Core responsibilities:

Managing finance software implementation projects

Applying knowledge of financial concepts

Supporting relationships with existing clients

Working to gather and document client requirements

Performing quality assurance testing

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with staff at all levels up to CEO

Finance experience or education

Working knowledge of GAAP and general business processes

Proven track record of bringing in projects on budget and within expected timeframes

Experience of working collaboratively with a small team

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent MS Office and project management software skills

Prince 2 qualification preferred

French or German language fluency to business level would be an advantage
